  • You may use AimAI to explore data-driven marketing tools and insights.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform for unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or directly targeting individuals.

 

2. Data and Privacy

  • All data shown is anonymized and behavior-based.
  • AimAI does not collect or expose personal names, product details, or retailer identities.
  • Users must not attempt to re-identify any individual based on data provided.
  • All behavioral data displayed on AimAI is AI-interpreted and anonymized based on system-generated patterns.
  • The data shown to users is the output of AI engines that analyze market behavior, not information uploaded or extracted from third parties.

 

3. Messaging & Compliance

  • Users are responsible for complying with SMS and WhatsApp communication laws in their region.
  • AimAI provides the messaging gateway only and bears no liability for the content, recipients, or consequences of messages sent.

 

4. Subscription, Wallet & Refunds

  • All payments for subscriptions and message credits are final and non-refundable.
  • Unused credits remain available until consumed, but no refunds will be issued.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time and delete your account permanently through your settings panel.

 

5. No Guarantees

  • While we strive for accurate, real-time insights, AimAI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the data.
  • Performance results or customer response rates are not guaranteed.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AimAI, its founders, team, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

 

7. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new version.
